As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families within our community.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes of care that address the physical, social, and emotional needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programmes of care to address the physical, social, and emotional needs of children, young people, and families
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, statutory agencies, and voluntary organisations to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team through continuous professional development and training

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:£32,000 - £43,041 per annum depending on experience
