Marston's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to lead our community pubs in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, guest obsession, and delivering on key KPIs across 17 pubs in North Wales, Chester, Stoke, and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow your team, enabling everyone to reach their full potential
  • Ensure all pub sites achieve the highest standards
  • Work closely with support functions such as Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, HR, and more

As a successful Area Operations Manager, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality. You will be passionate about developing and nurturing your team, with a natural desire to inspire, motivate, and challenge where needed. You will also have an enviable P&L with the ability to maximise opportunities with astute commercial acumen.
