Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Resourcing Business Partners and Consultants to ensure we're attracting and recruiting the best diverse talent.
- Work closely with the HRBP team and senior stakeholders to proactively plan resourcing activity and meet future requirements.
- Develop and implement new attraction strategies, talent options, and competitive employer branding.
- Drive team adherence to process and regulatory requirements.
- Implement coaching and training plans for the team.
- Play a key role in strategic change projects to help us become a best-in-class resourcing and talent function.
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in facilitating workforce planning with supported teams.
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/sell up to 5 days per year).
