We're Severn Trent, and we're passionate about water. As a Resourcing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Resourcing team, leading and coaching a team of Resourcing Professionals to deliver challenging recruitment solutions for both internal talent moves and external recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Resourcing Business Partners and Consultants to ensure we're attracting and recruiting the best diverse talent.
  • Work closely with the HRBP team and senior stakeholders to proactively plan resourcing activity and meet future requirements.
  • Develop and implement new attraction strategies, talent options, and competitive employer branding.
  • Drive team adherence to process and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement coaching and training plans for the team.
  • Play a key role in strategic change projects to help us become a best-in-class resourcing and talent function.
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, recruitment, and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in facilitating workforce planning with supported teams.
