About the Role: ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Channel Account Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through resource augmentation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to grow channel partnerships focused on resource augmentation services.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships.
* Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Drive sales initiatives and support channel partners in achieving their sales targets.
* Provide training and support to partners on our services and solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT sales, channel management, or account management.
* Strong understanding of resource augmentation and IT services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
