Deputy Hotel Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team in Alnwick, Northumberland.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our hotel management structure, reporting directly to the Hotel Manager. You will lead by example, ensuring the successful daily operation of the site and developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the hotel, empowering and developing staff to achieve their best and drive business results.
  • Drive commercial best practices, maximise revenue opportunities, and work with the Hotel Manager to manage controllable costs and labour control.
  • Oversee all business areas with attention to detail, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered and utilising guest feedback to improve performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, enabling the bigger picture and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage audit processes to a high standard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar background, driven by guest service and business results.
  • Experience within food and beverage or food services is desirable.
  • A visible passion for setting high standards and driving results.
