About the Role:

Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer (Motion Graphics Specialist) to join our team. As a key member of the studio team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, creative motion graphics solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain video brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all Cox Automotive platforms.
  • Conceptualize, create, and deliver high-quality motion graphics outputs across various formats and channels.
  • Collaborate with external video agencies to ensure video style, branding, and assets are consistent with Cox Automotive's standards.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring all work is correct and compliant with Cox Automotive's brand guidelines.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, taking and interrogating briefs, recommending solutions, and presenting creative work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motion graphics design and animation production.
  • Commercial experience in producing creative design solutions that hit the brief.
  • Highly skilled in using Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to articulate, present, and pitch a creative rationale.
  • Knowledge of video editing and print processes is an advantage.
