**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nursing Associate to join our clinical team in outpatient services. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing patient-centered care, supervising junior staff, and contributing to the development of our team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Registered Nursing Associate, with a strong track record of supervising junior staff and providing high-quality care. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to their own professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting their learning and development
  • Contribute to the development of our team, participating in quality improvement initiatives and sharing best practices

**Requirements**

  • Registered Nursing Associate qualification, registered with the NMC
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nursing Associate, with a strong track record of supervising junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and commit to ongoing professional development
