We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team in outpatient services. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

This exciting opportunity is based at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. Our trust comprises five world-renowned hospitals, including Evelina London Children's Hospital and Royal Brompton and Harefield.

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care to patients. Your expertise as a Registered Nursing Associate will be invaluable in supporting the nursing staff in our outpatient areas.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities. You will take charge of supervising junior staff, assisting with performance development reviews, and providing guidance to students and apprentice nursing associates.

As part of our workforce development plan, we recognize the importance of mentoring and coaching. You will play a key role in promoting the growth and development of our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your annual leave entitlement, you will also receive a generous pension scheme and access to a range of employee benefits.
