Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team as a trainer and educator. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with the next generation of engineers, while also developing your skills in education and training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, including experience in teaching and training. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to apprentices, focusing on mechanical principles, materials, engineering projects, maths, and health & safety.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a 23% pension contribution, full training provided, and a £6,000 bonus scheme. In addition, you will receive excellent benefits, including 56 days' holiday per year.

About the Role
  • Deliver training programs to apprentices studying level 3 and T-levels in mechanical engineering.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective training strategies.
