Role Overview

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

  • To provide instruction and guidance to students in mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • To develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of students and industry partners.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest quality training experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including 23% pension, training opportunities, and a £6,000 bonus scheme. Our employees also enjoy 56 days' holiday per year.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in a mechanical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
