Senior Customer Success Manager Role

The Senior Customer Success Manager will partner with SafetyCulture's SC customers to ensure long-term success with the platform, managing a book of business and overseeing retention, net growth, and platform adoption within the portfolio.

  • Identifying growth opportunities through discovery questions and creative problem-solving techniques
  • Leveraging data through various tools to inform and execute strategies that promote product adoption
About the Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a candidate with prior experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS product, who is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
