Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Attendant to join our team at Accor Hotels.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the cleanliness of our kitchens. As a Kitchen Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment by cleaning dishes, cooking utensils, equipment, and other areas of the kitchen.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Culinary and Food and Beverage Service Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deep cleaning according to established protocols.
  • Cleaning and storing pots, pans, trays, worktables, and other equipment used by chefs.
  • Cleaning and washing stoves, ovens, grills, grill hoods, tilt kettles, refrigerators using cleaning solutions and washcloths.
  • Sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping kitchen floors.
  • Separating customer dishes and utensils according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accounting for any utensils, dishes, decorations, and equipment used during events.
  • Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products.
  • Carrying out duties as specified on daily/weekly/monthly task lists of the kitchen area.

Our ideal candidate will have 0-1 year experience as a kitchen attendant or steward, with previous experience being highly preferred. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
