In this role, you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.
Key Activities:
- Arranging viewings
- Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
- Obtaining valuations
- Regular client contact
- Applicant management
- Administration, including creating sales brochures and setting up new files
- New business generation
- Nurturing existing client and contact relationships
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
- Team player but able to work independently
- Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
