Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading field marketing company, representing the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK – Ferrero.

As a Retail Sales Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales in Grocery stores (Tesco / Sainsbury's / ASDA / Morrisons) through building best-in-class relationships.

Your purpose and vision will be to drive sales and generate Return on Investment (ROI) for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in Grocery stores.
  • Using sales data to approach and influence key stakeholders.
  • Identifying new opportunities in-store to increase brand presence and optimise sales.
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
Requirements
  • An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and plan efficiently.
  • A passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.
