Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures, as well as experience in budget planning and forecasting. They will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service, and ensuring constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference & Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs are in line with budget.
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related to the outlet.
