Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures, as well as experience in budget planning and forecasting. They will also be able to analyze and submit month-end reports, identify deviations from business plan goals, and participate in management meetings to review progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall food and beverage operation
  • Ensure the highest standards of service are provided to guests
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, and analyze and submit month-end reports
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop business plans
  • Implement and measure profit enhancement programs
