Upon completing the training, your dedicated Career Coach will assist you in securing apprenticeship opportunities and facilitate your progression to a level 3 apprenticeship recognised by the industry.

You'll benefit from entirely free early years Skills Bootcamps, including vital certifications like paediatric first aid and the DBS application. Furthermore, you're guaranteed an interview for a paid position at a nearby nursery, offering the option to transition to an accelerated level 3 early years educator apprenticeship, saving up to 6 months of learning time. The training course is fully funded, so you won't incur any costs for the qualification. You'll also gain your paediatric first aid qualification and receive one-to-one support throughout the programme.
