About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized producer to join our team at Knock Knock. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality moving image projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute production plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide regular updates throughout the production process.
  • Manage production schedules, including coordinating with crew, talent, locations, and logistics.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of budgets, and make judgment calls to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, freelancers, and kit hire companies.
  • Coordinate filmed shoots, including briefing internal and external resources on daily activities.
  • Review and proof videos to ensure they meet the client's brief, brand, and budget requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, preferably at a content studio, social media, or digital/creative agency.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in different stages of production.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Understanding of how videos can be distributed and used within marketing strategies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on relevant industry experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day off on your birthday.
  • Enrolment in the company's profit share bonus scheme.
