About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team at Wearecoolr, a leading independent social media agency. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality social-first videos that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce social-first videos that meet the brand's creative vision and platform requirements.
  • Lead the development and production process, ensuring the brand and platform are at the heart of the idea.
  • Communicate the creative idea on behalf of the creative team, writing and presenting storyboards/scripts and creating decks.
  • Work with an editor to craft the video assets and provide feedback.
  • Have a thorough understanding of copyright for stills, film, music, and sfx.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of running smaller shoots (film and photography) on your own and have experience of having worked on larger shoots, assisting the team with various tasks as things arise.
  • Have good experience working with Freelancers and Production Companies to commission video content.
  • Be willing to attend shoots and occasional travel around the UK.
