About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Producer to join our team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and running commercial social video projects across our portfolio of brands and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting for video concepts supplied by creative teams
  • Managing multiple projects from pre-production to delivery of content to the activation team
  • Preparing and attending video shoots, documenting information on and off set
  • Participating in calls/meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss and develop concepts
  • Drawing up detailed video production schedules, budgets, call sheets, and risk assessments
  • Negotiating costs with suppliers, crews, and contractors
  • Organizing resource and personnel allocation pre, during, and post-production
  • Working with insurance companies to proactively report and document risk
  • Tracking production costs and providing reconciliation reports as requested
  • Mentoring and working closely with junior members of the team

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Producer at a production company or publisher with social media experience
  • Ability to inspire and nurture junior members of the team
  • Well-connected within the industry with a healthy talent network
  • Proficiency in building production documents, including call sheets, schedules, risk assessments, and P&L
  • Understanding of content from an audience and publisher perspective, as well as a brand/client perspective
  • Demonstrable working exposure and knowledge of video pre-production, production, and post-production
