Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in maintaining and improving facilities, managing budgets, and leading a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations.
You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement facilities strategies that support the school's vision and goals. You will also be responsible for managing our facilities budget, ensuring that we are making the most efficient use of our resources.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player who is able to build strong relationships with our staff, students, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our facilities, including our dance studios, offices, and public areas.
- Develop and implement facilities strategies that support the school's vision and goals.
- Manage our facilities budget, ensuring that we are making the most efficient use of our resources.
- Lead and manage our facilities team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that our facilities are safe and compliant with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong background in facilities management, with experience in maintaining and improving facilities.
