About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at The Westbourne Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Outpatient Manager and team to deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Outpatient Manager in leading the Outpatient Department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Registration with the NMC/HCPC.
