Job Title: Digital Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team at Renault Swansea. As a Digital Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the sales process, working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking high-quality photos of used car stock vehicles and uploading them to our website and other online platforms.
  • Creating engaging virtual tours of vehicles to showcase on our website.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Managing our stock profile and product line-up to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Moving vehicles around the dealership, including photography and valeting bays, test drive areas, and the showroom.
  • Progress-chasing vehicles to ensure they are ready for customer handover.
  • Meeting and greeting customers on arrival and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Occasionally conducting test drives in busy periods.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Previous motor retail experience is not necessary, but experience in operating an online retail platform is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30am to 6pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
