We are a leading sales company looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.



Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to hit monthly targets, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer base to achieve set targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and effective issue resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer services
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor sales progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Location:

This role will operate on a hybrid basis, with a mix of home and office working. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Letchworth sales offices on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday, and one Saturday morning per month as part of a rota pattern.
