Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Letchworth, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a genuine interest in power transmission solutions to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

This varied role will see you manage a portfolio of existing accounts and maximise revenue generation through a range of techniques including:
  • Handling up to twenty inbound enquiries every day and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively contacting customers, building relationships and securing orders.
  • Nurturing relationships with specialist trade distributors, ensuring their needs are met and maximising sales potential.


The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual with a proven track record of B2B sales in an engineering or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Researching and identifying opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Utilising strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus. Other benefits include 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days with service, pension and other perks. Historically, individuals in this role have rapidly progressed into more senior positions within the company.
