Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support Team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient and reliable administration support to the firm, ensuring the smooth running of our offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange internal and external meetings, book travel, and manage files in the Archive.
  • Create, amend, and format Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring they are brand compliant.
  • Process DocuSign requests, raise client invoices, and adhere to Firm's risk management policies.
  • Act with integrity and in line with our organisational values, maintaining the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality.
  • Support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our offices, providing office cover, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, and arranging couriers.

Requirements

  • IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Previous office experience, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems.
