About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Consultant to join our award-winning team at Royal London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Adviser and Sales Consultants in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process for the adviser, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and businesses, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.
  • Support the promotion of sales campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of the Royal London Pension & Protection proposition to drive business growth.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with advisers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively demonstrate third-party research tools and promote our online proposition to support advisers in their sales activities.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a good level of industry knowledge. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in sales and customer service is desirable, but not essential.
