We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to support our Corporate Transformation Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business change and improving our services.

About the Role

The Business Transformation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and applying a range of techniques to establish and analyze the current state of our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting the identification of options to deliver enhanced outcomes for our customers through better use of technology.
  • Contributing to the analysis of the business impact of requirements and ensuring that the business is prepared for change.
  • Providing effective consultancy and advice to customers and stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,867 per annum, plus a £5,000 per annum pro-rata DDaT Pay Supplement after a 3-month competency qualifying period.
