About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our business readiness team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and delivering process improvements that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with project sponsors across the organization to define, maintain, and deliver process and operating models that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing process changes, and ensuring seamless integration with relevant business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process and operating models that meet business needs
  • Work with project sponsors to define and deliver business change initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes
  • Provide expert advice on process and operational excellence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Process experience within a financial sector, ideally within the investment/asset area
  • Knowledge and experience of working with third-party vendors
  • Experience with the creation of target operating models
  • Overall business change and project analysis experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
