About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support Team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and Directors, ensuring the smooth running of our offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Team, including arranging internal and external meetings, booking travel, and sending and retrieving files from Archive.
  • Assist with creating, amending, and formatting Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring they are brand compliant.
  • Process DocuSign requests and raise client invoices.
  • Adhere to Firm's risk management policies and maintain the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality.
  • Act with integrity and in line with our organisational values.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will have a can-do attitude, some previous office experience, and a strong ability to adapt communication style as required.
