Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
ESP is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Airports and Airlines sector across the EMEA region. With a focus on SaaS solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to expand your sales expertise and join a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the Airports and Airlines industry, leveraging your knowledge of SaaS solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth, working closely with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, maintaining a customer-centric approach that adds value to their business challenges.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting regularly on progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Airports and Airlines sectors, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the Airports and Airlines industries across EMEA, including key challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
