Household Service Coordinator

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication with the Domestic Supervisor and colleagues by phone, radio, and written procedures.
- Communicate with various staff members, patients, and visitors to understand service needs.
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas of responsibility.
- Assist with cleaning tasks in other areas as required to support service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all cleaning activities.
- Support maintenance work on existing and new floor coverings.
- Identify and report equipment defects and stock shortages.
- Report potential risks within the working environment.
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding building security and access.
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of the Domestic service.
- Support new domestic assistants using the Buddy System.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Good general education to GCSE standard.
- NVQ or other recognized qualifications.
- COSHH certificate.
- Functional skills Level 2/ GCSE in written English and Maths.
