We are seeking a Central Services Coordinator to join our team in Preston, supporting our customer service operations. This is a fixed-term position until the end of January 2025.
As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer queries and taking orders for our Christmas book 2024. You will also support the reception service for Central Office, Stores and Suppliers.
The salary for this role is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work full-time, 5 days a week, at our Central Office in Preston.
