**Job Title:** Hotel Events Coordinator

About Us

C&E Recruitment is a leading provider of hospitality talent. We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Events Coordinator to join our client's team.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Meeting and Events Coordinator to manage all aspects of conferences and events at our 4-star hotel in Gerrards Cross. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage conference and event bookings from initial enquiry to final accounting
  • Maintain consistent standards of service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to secure new business
  • Implement departmental SOPs to deliver exceptional customer service
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 40-hour week, 5 days on, 2 days off, paid birthday leave, and access to employee assistance programs.
