**Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Clinician to join our team and play a key role in delivering our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service. As a seasoned professional, you will have the chance to utilize your expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments, provide clinical guidance, and lead by example in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive specialist assessments, including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism and/or ADHD.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and foster strong relationships.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to enhance service quality and efficiency.

**Essential Requirements**

  • HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or NMC registered nurse.
  • Proven experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
