  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for clients and contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures relating to sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential for this role.
