Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Event Planner to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, including seminars, webinars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute corporate events, including training and webinars, as well as festive/networking dinners and two large international client conferences annually.
  2. Liaise with attendees, demonstrate excellent Excel and database skills, and respond to enquiries (both pre- and post-event).
  3. Manage budgeting and contracts with great attention to detail and good numerical skills (quotes, sponsors, venues, contractors, etc.).
  4. Coordinate logistics alongside the team, including booking travel and accommodation where needed, plus visas and any VIP attendee requirements.
  5. Schedule and project manage timelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel and database management is essential, along with good numerical skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £18-20 per hour plus holiday pay, along with a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
