Job Title: Healthcare Assessor/Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assessor/Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments, ensuring that learners achieve the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs and assessments to learners, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work with learners and line managers to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews with learners and line managers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Ensure that all assessments are accurate and meet the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that learners receive a high-quality learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under own supervision and manage multiple priorities.
