Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Support Worker Coach to join our team at Pearson. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with learners and support their development in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality training programme and completing assessments, reviews, and completions in a timely manner. They will also provide constructive, professional, and relevant feedback to learners, as well as supporting them in achieving their qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a sector-specific qualification, such as an NVQ or diploma in healthcare, and clinical experience. You will also need excellent communication skills, proven IAG, coaching, and mentoring skills, and the ability to work under your own supervision.
