Healthcare Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assessor/Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes and assessments, ensuring that learners achieve the required quality standards.

• Deliver training programmes and assessments to learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
• Work closely with learners and line managers to ensure that they are supported and prepared for gateway and End Point Assessment.
• Monitor and evaluate learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
• Collaborate with the Programme Manager to monitor the progress of qualification/standards achievement.
• Ensure that learner records are accurately maintained, including paper/electronic portfolios.
• Attend standardization and team meetings as required.

• Minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience.
• Proven IAG, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to work under own supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
