We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assessor/Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes and assessments, ensuring that learners achieve the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training programmes and assessments to learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
- Work closely with learners and line managers to ensure that they are supported and prepared for gateway and End Point Assessment.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to monitor the progress of qualification/standards achievement.
- Ensure that learner records are accurately maintained, including paper/electronic portfolios.
- Attend standardization and team meetings as required.
- Minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience.
- Proven IAG, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills and ability to work under own supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
