Job Title: Healthcare Assessor/Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assessor/Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments to learners in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs and assessments to learners in the healthcare sector
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners to help them achieve their qualifications
  • Work with learners and line managers to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure learners are meeting the required standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of training programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own supervision and manage multiple priorities
