Special Educational Needs Support Assistant

Job Details
  • Full-time term time only SEN Teaching Support role
  • Long term contract until 2025

As a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, you will work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists, learning firsthand about classroom management and student support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' learning
  • Provide a calm and nurturing environment for vulnerable children
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top UK university
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable
Salary & Benefits

Paying £24,000 per annum (pro rata), which is equivalent to £470 per week on a PAYE basis. This position offers a competitive salary and the chance to develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.
