Psychology Graduate Support Assistant

A full-time, term-time only SEN Teaching Support role is available in a primary school in Barnet. The position is a long-term contract until July 2025 and offers the opportunity to work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK university and previous experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' learning
- To provide a calm and nurturing environment for vulnerable children
- To commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, ensuring a safe environment for all children
Benefits:
- Paying £420-£500 per week on a PAYE basis
