Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Andover, Hampshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to a client with cerebral palsy and brain injury.

This role requires a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with cerebral palsy and brain injury. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is £16-£18 per hour, depending on experience. This is a bank role, so you will be required to work flexible hours to cover annual leave and sickness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • Engage in activities that promote the client's physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
