Learning Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in High Wycombe, supporting pupils' learning journeys and developing their skills.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead classes, cover classes in teacher absences using pre-planned lessons, and provide intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence.
The successful candidate will possess a kind, caring, and nurturing personality with excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively support pupils across the school.
About the Role- Lead classes and develop children's skills
- Cover classes in teacher absences using pre-planned lessons
- Provide intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence
- Assist students requiring additional support with their learning
- Support pupils across the school
- Work outside the classroom in extracurricular activities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
- Long-term and Permanent contracts available
- Hours: 8:30-3:30
- Mainstream settings in Primary Schools in the High Wycombe area
