Senior Sales Executive

RADIUS Payment Solutions Limited is a fast-growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovative. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing line management of desk-based sales executives, selling Fuel solutions to new customers. You will need to motivate the team to display a winning attitude and consistently exceed sales targets.
You will work closely with peers in the office to maximise cross-sell opportunity for the group and deliver performance improvement where required to alleviate underperformance.
