About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at GSF Car Parts. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial performance of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of proof of delivery notes and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Balance branch till daily and complete banking books to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze unpaid cash sale reports and escalate any discrepancies or queries.
  • Collect outstanding amounts in a timely manner and update customer records accordingly.
  • Run weekly account statements and ensure staff accounts are up to date.
  • Monitor and review customer credit limits and allocate customer payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and deal with general customer queries.
