About The Role

This role is designed to support the financial performance of the branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and reconciling branch finances, including daily balancing and banking
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or queries related to customer payments and cash sales
  • Monitoring and analyzing the age debt report to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working closely with the branch team to ensure that all financial tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience in a similar role or industry, ideally within a fast-paced sales-driven environment
