Branch Finance Coordinator

About The Role
This role is designed to support the financial performance of the branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing and reconciling branch finances, including daily balancing and banking
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or queries related to customer payments and cash sales
- Monitoring and analyzing the age debt report to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working closely with the branch team to ensure that all financial tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience in a similar role or industry, ideally within a fast-paced sales-driven environment
