- Coordinate planning submissions and condition discharge.
- Research and explore design options to enhance build quality and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Adhere to Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, procedures, and policies.
- Utilize design and project management software.
- Understand the planning process, Section Agreements, and their timelines.
- Familiarity with key design principles, including fire and acoustic requirements.
- Knowledge of current building regulations, SAP calculations, and their impact on design.
