About the Role:

Pact is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Family Engagement Manager. As a key member of our family team, you will provide support to families visiting loved ones in a prison setting.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage a demanding workload, and a strong understanding of working with families in challenging circumstances. You will also have the ability to work in partnership with different agencies and organisations, and provide advice, support and information to friends and families visiting the prison.

Requirements:

  • Empathy and understanding of working with families in challenging circumstances
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a demanding workload
  • Ability to work in partnership with different agencies and organisations
  • Knowledge of safeguarding/child protection (desirable)
